Service time: Saturday, Sunday and Major Holidays are not included in turn around times.

You will receive an email acknowledging receipt that your deposit has been received.

Turn around time is calculated once the deposit has been received.

Projects that arrive after 9:00 PM Eastern Standard Time or 6:00 PM Pacific Time will be logged in as received at 8:00 AM Eastern Standard Time the following morning and turn around time will be calculated accordingly (Except by prior arrangement).

Additional fees: will be $40.00 per each minor revision, if the unlimited revisions take us beyond the service time frame.

We reserve the right to use approved cover designs for our portfolio.

In order to get the $79 print cover deal. You MUST order the print cover deal on the same order as your eBook cover order, for the same cover art design.

As all work is considered, “as is”, “Custom”, Custom Made”, “Made to Order”, There is no return or refund policy.

Once the deposit, 1/2 the cost of the project has been made all work will commence. If the “buyer”, purchaser”, “client”, “customer”, you halt, stop, or pull the project before completion, you acknowledge and agree the deposit is non-refundable and shall remain with Keiju Creative Marketing and Design.

Deposits, Deposits/1/2 of the cost of the project, 1/2 the cost of the project are non-refundable if the client pulls the project.

Project is everything on the order form which was ordered at that time.
