I require the client to do all the in-depth research to make sure everything you want included is 100 percent accurate.
What is my niche of content writing:
Well I can and have done all 5 listed to the left and honestly the most challenging for me, is the technical and manual writing. There is a lot of research that goes into it for me, especially if I’m new to the area or product.
I wrote two technical areas for LIHTC on one of my properties and on the first draft rounds, I only had to change the time line from 14 days to 7 days. It was approved by the owner and sent up, and was approved by the auditors.
I excel in creative, social media and copywriting, both in the housing world and publishing industry.
Blogging, not an issue - just for my personal blog, lol. I never take the time for me.
Emails: I don’t mind writing campaign emails, but as I hate getting long drawn out ones myself, even from people I’m subscribed to. I will get everything you want in, but will also, let you know, if it’s too much. Then, it’s your decision.
Modern technology allows you to choose your level of involvement.
I prefer weekly video calls on Teams or Zoom, where we will review all draft work completed since the last call, ensuring every page reflects your voice and vision. All draft work completed will be sent to the client to review two days ahead of the call.
